Second-cycle studies, with a general academic profile, in English – "Data science".

Three-semester studies begin in the academic year 2023/2024 in full-time form.

The field of study "Data science" is the latest offer of the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology addressed to first-cycle graduates interested in deepening their knowledge and competence in the area related to models, methods and computer tools of advanced data analysis. The study program includes subjects that, on the one hand, match the market demand for data analysts with tool skills and, on the other hand, the global trends in analytical methods and models supported by tools from the stack of technologies used by most companies in the IT industry.

A graduate of the “Data science” will be a specialist prepared in the field of, among others: mathematical models and methods of data analysis, techniques for their modeling and designing systems for them, the use of data mining tools, artificial neural networks and machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing (NLP), as well as administration of data centers and ensuring the security of data and services.
